Our Founder: Guillermo Munoz

Born in Argentina and raised in a family deeply rooted in agriculture, Guillermo’s appreciation for terroir and winemaking was cultivated from an early age. After beginning life in South America, he spent several years living in Europe before his family settled in Des Moines, Iowa—a community where farming and family values run deep, mirroring his own heritage. Embracing this connection, Guillermo pursued formal wine education through the WSET program and is now completing the final diploma level.

Guillermo’s innovative approach and dynamic style have made him a highly respected consultant in the wine industry. Known for crafting unique, experience‑driven programs, he consistently delivers exceptional results for premier restaurants and renowned winery clients.
